The online registration and full paper submission program for speakers and panelists will be available from April 10, 2009. Please register and submit your full paper at the website of the WCF 2009 following the instructions below. Please be reminded that your acceptance might be withdrawn if you do not register and submit the paper before deadline.

3) Please download the Paper Format Sample, and note that the required paper format. Please use your full name to name      your Paper document. For example, if your name is Bill(first name) Lee(last name), name your Paper document as      “Bill_Lee_paper.doc”
4) Please download the CV format, and follow the form provided. Please use your full name to name your CV document.      For example, if your name is Bill(first name) Lee(last name), name your CV document as “Bill_Lee_cv.doc”
     If your presentation has a co-presenter, please fill out his/her CV together in the same file.
5) Please upload your paper and CV document files.

REQUIREMENTS

For the purpose of editing, your materials must comply with the following requirements:

Font Type: Times New Roman(Entire paper)
Font Size: See #3
Paper Size: A4 (210ⅹ297mm)
Margins
   Top: 3.5 cm
   Bottom: 3 cm
   Right: 3 cm
   Left: 3 cm
   Spacing: Double-Space(2.0)

1. Your full paper should be submitted in MS Word or PDF format and not exceed 5MB for successful upload and     review.

2. First Page
Title
   - The main title of your paper must be typed in 14 point font size.
   - The title should be capitalized and centered at the top of the first page of your paper.
   - If you have a subtitle, it should be centered below the main title. Please use a colon (:) between the main title and      subtitle.
Name and Affiliation
   - Name(s) of author(s) should be typed in 12 point font size 12 and affiliation(s) in 10 point font size.

3. The body text must be typed in 10 point font size. The paper must not exceed 15 pages (including the title page,     bibliography/references, charts and figures).
    - You can download a sample of full paper format at the WCF 2009 website.

4. Illustrations such as photographs, charts, graphs, drawings, and diagrams should be labeled (e.g. Table-1,
    Figure-2, Diagram-3) and are acceptable when they are of good quality.

5. Please attach a brief CV with your full paper(s). Please download the brief CV format.
 
PRESENTATION
1. Duration of presentation: 15 minutes with Q&A to follow.
2. The session room will be equipped with a beam projector and a screen.
