Once registered online, the WCF 2009 will send confirmation of registration via email. Please print this confirmation of registration email with you to the registration desk at the WCF 2009 to receive your registration materials. |

| INVITATION LETTER AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST |
The Secretariat will provide official letter of invitation upon request for the purpose of obtaining visas. You can make your request when you register online. |

| CANCELLATION REQUESTS |
Cancellation of forum registration must be made in writing (fax or email) and received no later than April 10, 2009. |
